In a bowl, gently mash 3-4 ripe bananas until mushy.

Add 1 cup of sugar to the mashed bananas and mix well.

Stir in 0.5 cup of melted butter.

Beat 2 eggs and add them to the mixture for a light and fluffy texture.

Add 0.25 cup of milk and 1 tbsp of vanilla essence to the mixture and combine.

In a separate bowl, mix together 1.75 cups of flour, 0.5 tsp of salt, 0.5 tsp of baking soda, 2-3 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder.

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until combined.

Optionally, add mixed fruits and nuts to the batter.
