Tips from Noel Deyzel's video
- Cook the frozen cube potatoes at 365°F (185°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown, using an oven, air fryer, or pan.
- When cooking the ground beef, season with salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning to taste, but feel free to use whatever spices you have on hand.
- Use the same pan for scrambling the eggs to incorporate the flavors from the beef.

Ingredients
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 365°F (185°C).
- 2
Cook 7 servings of frozen cube potatoes for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- 3
In a pan, brown 2 packs of ground beef (90/10) and season with salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning to taste.
- 4
Once the beef is cooked, set it aside.
- 5
In the same pan, scramble 14 eggs until fully cooked and then set aside.
- 6
To assemble the burritos, take a tortilla and add 100g of cooked beef, 50g of cube potatoes, 100g of scrambled eggs, and 30g of low-fat cheddar cheese.
- 7
Wrap the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
Heads up — we had to guess a little:
- The quantity of potatoes is inferred as 7 servings based on the context of making 7 burritos.
